Unfortunately, if you are late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that the full treatment will be fulfilled. If a treatment is cut short, you will still be charged for the full treatment.
Please allow at least 24 hours to cancel/rearrange your appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the treatment booked. For same day cancellations or you simply do not turn up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the treatment booked - if this is not paid and you would like to book in again, you will be required to pay for the treatment upfront.
The only treatment that requires a deposit is Semi-Permanent Brows. This deposit is non-refundable or transferable with less than 48 hours notice.

To ensure a safe and successful treatment, a patch test is necessary for the following treatments - Tinting, LVL, Semi-Permanent Brows.

Yes, but we ask you to please wait 2 weeks after having any Botox/Fillers.
Please do not take ibuprofen/aspirin on the day (before treatment). We also advise to not drink alcohol for 24 hours before or after the treatment.
Please ensure you have had a patch test prior to treatment.
Yes we offer Gift Vouchers for both treatment and monetary value. These can be purchased in salon or over the phone. We can also post them out for you.
We do not offer refunds, but if the product is unopened, in the original packaging and not damaged, we will happily exchange this for you.
